A "Blackout Area" is a region of the United States -- such as certain zip codes in Cincinnati, Ohio -- with a track record of
repeated censorship efforts to limit the liberties of mature and responsible adults, by removing
their right to read and view
erotic materials which portray documented adults engaged in intimate behavior, materials which are protected under
the First Amendment
of the U.S. Constitution. In other words, blackout areas are areas where

Special Note Concerning Your "Private Collection" Archives
Even if you reside in a blackout area, your private collection of "snapshot" materials derived from
